Coaching Tools are implements that we have designed to help the coachee look deeper within themselves or articulate a truth about themselves. Some of the basic tools a coach will use are things like questions and models. Questions allow a person to really look deeper into themselves and their actions. Models allow people to see the various components and dynamics that are at work in their lives and how they all relate and work together to achieve a specific outcome. There are a host of other types of tools that are at the coaches disposal. The more they are aware of them and have been properly trained to used them the more effective they will be in their coaching. The tools and the toolkits here represent over 30 years of helping people connect with and develop their inner self.
