LeadKit 9 was designed for those who support, encourage and empower leaders to be more effective in the things they do. It combines both leadership training and development and coach skill building and training. We focus on each of our coaches It packs in all the material that we known for. There isn’t a better coach training system in the world. We focus on our coaches knowledge of both self, the other person and the work they are suppose to accomplish.

Core Leadership: Core Leadership is one of our six leadership training programs it is focused on helping you understand the essentials of leadership. By redefining how you see leadership, we are able to remove old concepts and unproductive ideas for the purpose of building a new foundation that will give you a holistic understanding of leadership. It will allow you to approach leadership with a fresh perspective.

EQ for Leadership: This course will introduce you to our EQ model. You learn why it is so important to develop. It will help you increase engagement and productivity in the workplace. Its focus is on helping each leader get a better understanding of the importance of their emotions and how to include new levels of awareness and sensitivity to be more effective and efficient in everything they do. Then it expands to help them embrace and understand the emotions of others around them to help them become more aware and sensitive.

Developing High Performing Teams and Cultures: High Performing teams are supported and empowered by healthy cultures. These cultures are products of the values of their organizations and teams. Those values lived out and used as a measure for behavior and decisions become the culture. As an executive coach you will have to deal with people in different cultures and work environments. Helping them understanding the value of culture and the part they play in creating and maintaining it is critical for you as a coach. This will be one of the most important tings you can do to help improve the performance of the teams and individuals you coach.

Defusing Difficult Situations: This course is about conflict management and resolution. You will learn how to identify the source of the conflict and deal with it in a safe and effect way. You will also learn how to see conflict as it is brewing and address it before it gets out of hand. Teaching your clients how to deal with conflict will allow them to overcome many of the obstacles that they are going to face. These insights will prove to be invaluable as they navigate through these obstacles in their work and workplace.

Strategic Alignments: In any organization there are so many different directions that people are going in. Getting them all aligned and moving together is key to both their individual success and the organizations forward movement. In this course we will take a look at how people align themselves with the institutions and people they work with. You will get a better understanding how to increase their synergy and harmony to increases everyones ability to accomplish their goals.
