Our Coaching empowers professionals and the organizations they work in to excel at the work they do.
We believe that high performance is about empowering people to optimize their potential so they can work in healthy and productive ways. This will allow them to contribute to the goals and objectives they are responsible for achieving in meaningful ways.
We want to redefine performance in a way that allows us to see people and their well being as the most important factor in the work we do.

Healthy
Maximizing your performance starts with looking at your health. This is not just your physical body but your mental, emotional and spiritual state. Everything you are going to do starts from within and flows outwardly.
Growth Opportunities
Providing those that are doing the work with the proper training and resources will allow the work to be an opportunity for growth. Crafting the work in such a way to give people time to learn and to have a voice in how the work is done helps encourage creativity and active participation. It ultimately fosters an environment where people are able to give more of themselves to the work, and in return they grow.

When we are engaged in the things we are doing, we are connected to it. We are motivated to see the work that we are doing all the way through because more of us is invested.
Highly Effective
We want to work in ways that allow us to accomplish our goals. Increasing our effectiveness is a sure way to improve our performance. Whether we are becoming better at measure the KPIs of the work we are doing or we are growing our skill finding ways to hit our goals, being effective will play dividends in each those goals.
Highly Productive
Being able to produce will allow you to get the results you need to achieve your goals. When you are able to consistently produce at a certain level, you will be able to breakthrough to new levels of success and accomplishment.
Meaningful
It’s important that we start out knowing why we are doing what we are doing. It is equally important that the work and the goals are meaningful to us. When these two things are paired together, it will give us the drive we need to see the work through and to do the quality of work that is needed to accomplish our goals and finish the work.

Auburn Harris is the Creator, Co-founder and CEO of COACH TECH 9. Coaching is one of the ways that I am able to help people grow and develop. I enjoy leading others and helping them to do remarkable things with their talents and abilities. The insights and paradigms used in COACH TECH 9 are a part of my research and work that I haver done with different types of teams, organizations and people around the world. We not only use them to get results for our clients, but they are an intriguing part of our culture at CT9.
Sandrina Harris:
Sandrina Harris is the Co-founder, COO and Senior Coach at COACH TECH 9. I have a passion to help people experience wholeness and get breakthrough in the areas they have been held back in. I also enjoy working with leaders to help them build effective and productive teams. I used my background and education in Organization Development to help the development of many of the coaching processes and perspectives that are used to get our amazing results.
